Regular Training Runs

The regular training runs are 4 times a week:

However, due to the need for flexible training, races, and our own workschedules, it is wise to check whether the training will actually take place. You can ask on our forum or contact one of the run coordinators:

  • Wednesday:(look for confirmation, not each week) Manhattan, at 6:15 pm “elope to the Slope” from midtown. Info on the elopetotheslope page.
  • Thursday run: 6:45 pm Steve Bonal: (917) 238-9447
  • Saturday run: 9:00 am
  • Sunday run: 9:00 am

Everybody is Welcome. Normally, the group sticks together for 2 miles, afterwards the runners split up according to their training needs and capabilities.
