In a first stage:

can see and change the “namespaces”(see index)

For uploading pictures: registering is necessary. There is a limit of 120 k for pictures.
If you make only editing changes to a page, please mark “minor change”
__Everybody sees but only members can change__

have acccess to the members namespace.
In order to get your members access, please register and contact an administrator and thell him your username.
