Without any doubt one of the most exiting races of the year. Come and root for our team in Prospect Park.
For the next team race, we will be gathering at circles at 7:30am,
to car-pool to the race. More details for follow as we get closer,
but for you drivers out there, if you can drive, kindly get back to
us letting us know if you can bring your car, for those who will
need a ride. We are expecting a large group of runners, so cars
will definitely be needed!
So far, Steven Bonal & I will drive, that’s 2 cars, with room for
about 8 people total, including drivers. To secure a spot, please
confirm to me, or call Steve. Tel 917 238 9447.
The race is Sunday April 13, 4miler, sign up early and get a
discount, plus, don’t forget to mark down BRRC.

To make a long story short: our first race in the A-category was noticed. We are playing with the big boys now.
Moreover, we fielded a full womens’ team with very good results too.
he first team race of the season is next Sunday, the Colon Cancer Challenge. We will be gathering at Circles (15th & Prospect Park West) at 8:30 to 8:45 am to carpool. So far we have 2 cars, those of Steve Bonal (8:45 am, 917-238-9447) and Noah Isenberg (8:30 am, 917-689-6453). Steve can fit 4 more people and Noah can fit 3.
If anyone else can drive, we could probably use a 3rd car.
Let the group know if:
1. you are running and need a ride or 2. you are running and can drive.
Can someone who is on the Yahoo group keep track of the matchup between cars and riders? I cannot, but I can keep track of the responses to this email & coordinate with the Yahoo group coordinator.
If no one volunteers for this task, it’ll be first-come, first-serve, and if we’re full up, people will have to take the subway, and it’s not an especially convenient route.
