Spring Is Almost Here!!
The days are getting longer and weather warmer - it's about time, it's been a long hard winter! There's been talk about where to run other than loops of the park roadway. Do you run along Ocean Parkway to the boardwalk (similar to the upcoming Brooklyn half marathon), run to the Brooklyn or Manhattan Bridge and into the city or run to Bay Ridge and run along the Verazano bike path? Thre are always running the trails in the park for a change of scenery.
Don't forget to register for the upcoming Scotland Run 10K on 4/11 to avoid being locked out due to race capping.
