Additional option for people who train long distance at a steady 8:30 minutes per miles pace:
Start at 8:20-8:25 near Grand Army Plaza the two meeting places
We run counterclockwise and drop by at 9:00 am sharp after a full loop at the usual place (15th street) to pick up other runners who might want to run at the same pace.
We normally do 3-4-(5) loops. If nobody shows up at 8:25 sharp, start running and join at the others at 15th street and Prospect Park West.
